While saying no is important, it still can feel awkward or yucky to walk away from an opportunity or to turn someone down. Many of us have been so conditioned to avoid conflict, to do things for others at own expense, or to be agreeable, polite, and to even grin-and-bear-it, that sometimes saying no doesn’t feel like an option. Or if you’re coming from scarcity, you may fear that if you don’t say yes, you’ll lose your chance. But if you don’t say no, you’ll be overwhelmed, exhausted, and perhaps eventually resentful. Not good things for maintaining healthy relationships, being fully present, or manifesting your dreams!

never been one for it, since as long as i can remember… i find it really difficult to sell myself to anyone for anything.

recently i’ve been quietly setting up an etsy shop… still playing around with ideas, trying to find things that work financially for me that also might speak to others who visit.

i believe everyone’s life is a journey.
my life is a journey. mine has been documented with photos; more than some and less than others. some of what i have seen or experienced on my journey will be available in my store.

and, if anyone wants them (and they’re not in my store), flickr photos will be available for purchase too.
